Rent a Mansion in Mallorca This Winter

Representing exceptional value whist providing luxurious and exclusive accommodation a 7 night self-catering stay costs from €4000 per week, between 1st November and 15th December 2011. This works out at only €181 (£162) per person for the week, based on 22 people sharing the hotel, excluding 8% service tax. There is the added option to have catering provided at an additional cost.

In 2007 Hotel L'Avenida was transformed from a private mansion into an exclusive townhouse hotel and since then it has gained a reputation as one of the coolest hotels in Mallorca.

It is located in the heart of Soller, an elegant little town on Mallorca's jet set North West coast, which is framed by magnificent views of the surrounding Tramuntana Mountains and dotted with fragrant citrus and olive groves. The mountains attract many walkers and hikers at this time of year and the hotel makes the perfect base for a group of enthusiasts to meet.

Wrapped within the shell of a 100 year old classical mansion, the hotel offers the latest in luxury living, with flat screen TVs, DVD players (with a library of films available) and Wi-Fi throughout.
